Our delivery times vary depending on the products ordered. Stock items are normally shipped within 1-3 working days and delivered a few days after this.
If you are ordering items from multiple designers/suppliers, these may be despatched separately so don't worry if all the items on your order do not arrive together.
Items that are handmade to order or personalised normally take longer to ship. We say to allow around 2 weeks for delivery of these items. If you would like to check how long delivery will take on a specific item, please email us at sales@chelseacats.co.uk
International delivery is available but will be dealt with via our invoicing system. Please email us with a list of the items you would like to order (including sizes and colours) and your full delivery address for a shipping quote and order instructions.
Returns or exchanges need to be sent straight back to our designers/suppliers. If you need to return or exchange an item, please email us at sales@chelseacats.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item(s) with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will then provide you with the correct returns address for your item(s) and further instructions.
You will be liable for the cost to return your items unless they have arrived faulty or they were not what you ordered.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of return.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalised or made to order items unless they arrive faulty or are not what you ordered.
